Hello my fellow axyioms? axyists? I need to work on that. 

Hot off the heels of our Steam Announcement and biggest update since we launched the page, we're back with a quick new update. We've been incredibly busy showcasing the game at events over back to back weekends in Belfast and Dublin, and as such we'll be taking a nap for a few days, but during this hectic week we were able to make a few adjustments to the ongoing demo build. 

Emergency Teleport

We've got one very small, but very annoying bug at the moment where when going around an axis there's a chance the ball gets stuck rolling in place and you need to restart the level. It's infrequent (out of around 300 times this weekend we saw it happen twice) but the fact it can happen (and also the fact we can't accurately reproduce it yet) means we've bolted in a nifty little quick-fix for now. If you end up stuck rolling on the spot for more than is intended, the ball will teleport forward to the next available central point of the block you're on. This means at the very least you won't need to restart the level while we continue to figure out why this is happening. 

End Demo Commercial

Up till this weekend the demo didn't actually have any prompt telling players they had beat the demo (it's amazing such simple things get overlooked), so we've added in a hot new commercial that players as a reward for reaching the end. Please enjoy my incredibly limited video editing skills. 


Also, quick FYI - if you're interested in playing the Linux build on your Steam Deck, please ensure you unlock the frame rate (I think you need the decky plug-in for this) for a smoooooth experience.
