If you use a generic controller (something that's not official Xbox, PS, or Nintendo) will the game impose its own controls?

It should revert to a standard XBOX layout and glyphs - it works with my 8BitDo Pro 2 this way.

We're working on implementing controller remapping as well, but for the controller icons it should always revert to XBOX, unless you're using a PS or Nintendo controller.

I'm willing to buy the game if you include the ability to disable controller recognition altogether, because that would make the game friendly with profilers, like JoyToKey, which would automatically make controller remapping easy.

Marble Madness ?

Marbles? Yes. Madness? Yes. Marble Madness? Not quite.
